SPIN M is the open beam structure work centre with 6 axes designed for precise complex machining operations on wood, plastic, aluminum and composite materials (such as CORIAN, HI-MAX and similar). It is ideal for the machining of pieces of medium/large size at high speed. Its sturdy and rigid construction allows very important stroke in Z axes.

T1

One motor housed in a hardened aluminium fork, to create a perfectly rigid and compact unit. Ideal in all machining where the least encumbrance is needed, such as the manufacturing of moulds. It is available with different powers and rotation speeds. The cooling system can be either by air or by liquid, according to the different applications it is aimed to. The power of the motor and its great couple make it suitable to work elements in aluminium alloys, with relative nebulized lubrication.

T3

3 independent motors, housed in a hardened aluminum fork, to create a perfectly rigid and compact unit. The design of this head makes it perfect for all jobs where it is necessary to have at least one motor with no underneath encumbrance. This feature allows also to work elements at the same level of main table surface (such as the boring of tables tops and similar).

T4

The electro spindle motors are located in a hardened aluminium casting of rigid and compact structure. 4 independent motors, 4 spindles. Working head consisting of 4 motors in a tangential asset. Ideal for classic performances on 5 axes with limited machining space.

T5

The electro spindle motors are located in a hardened aluminium casting of rigid and compact structure. 4 independent motors, 5 spindles. This working head presents 4 motors in a cross configuration: 3 independent single spindle motors and 1 horizontal double spindle motor. Double spindle motor in axial position allows, besides the classic 5 axes machining, also specific operations at the table extremities with no interference and in narrow working areas.

TPP

Indipendent boring unit with 5 spindles, 32 mm centres, located on the sliding guide with 360° swivel around C axis. A dedicated software (optional) will automatically optimise the sequence and selection of the operating spindles in accordance with the hole settings and boring distances.

CU

Available on heads type T1-T3-T4-T4R-T5 with HSK F63/F80 connection. The drum type tool changer is available with 8, 12 and 20 positions. It is equipped with heavy duty grippers with specialized spring steel to guarantee maximum stability and safety. The rotation is managed as an additional NC axis and it allows therefore an absolute precision of positioning. The elevated speed of rotation of the drum and the rapid movement of the X axis allows a very fast tool change.

Tandem

6 mobile traverses (3 per each area) each with 2 vacuum cups. Traverses are adjustable in Y while cups in X so that it will be easy to adapt the system to dimensions and shape of the pieces. The cups are ready for vacuum connection and also have a groove around to equip it with pneumatic clamping cylinders.

Flat AF

Solid aluminium tables, surface bored all over, with centre distance of 100 mm each hole. It is enabling to anchor to the table particularly robust jigs and allows the fixation of alternative piece holding systems. The aluminium top makes it suitable to work elements when tool lubrication is needed. TABLES AF are designed to be as universal as possible and are easily to customize.

Flat R

Working tables made of rexilon for the vacuum clamping of pieces. The surface is shaped for using the rubber gasket which delimits the vacuum used area.
