SINCRO is the 5 axis machining centre with fixed cross beam ideal to work long shaped pieces. The machine design allows working the 5 sides of a piece. It is ideal machine to produce left and right pieces in sequence. The hopper magazines are sliding on linear guides and they can therefore be easily movable aside in order to manually load the machine.

4 spindles mounted on a single arm support with 2 double spindle motors. The minimum distance between the spindles allows short movements between the various works to be executed thus granting faster working times. It is possible to use combined tools with 3 different diameters and 3 different heights to manage, with relevant rotating speed.

Clamp

Sincro is equipped with 3 clamping columns which alternately go from one hopper feeder to the other. They will release the worked piece and will immediately load the new piece to be machined.
